Yet another week where I discuss the new mission I find myself in. If it seems like I'm obsessing, maybe just a little. Anyhow, the soldiers, being humans like the rest of us sometimes loose their reason for marching on. The quickest way to get them back on line is often to simply pay attention to what they want from the army and get them pointed into the right direction.
