Manny's Here!

Saturday Jay, the Kids and I got the Garden put in. We have Strawberries, Broccoli, Corn, Tomatoes, Carrots, Jalapenos, Red Peppers, Lettuce, Spinach,Pumpkin, Watermelon, Cabbage, Garlic, Onions, Banana Peppers, and every herb you can think of...not to mention a couple of bushes and some flowers in front. I'll post some pictures as soon as everything pops up.

Mom arrived at about 2:30, after a little bit of confusion b/c the exit was closed. It was really exciting to show off the garden and the house all put together, especially since the last time she saw the place was when it was completely empty. Ron didn't come with, b/c he wanted to keep the shop open (www.happyvalleybarns.com) and the kids were really disappointed. Mom did bring Petie though (her Chihuahua) and Dobby was seriously excited!

I'm off to the bead store, and to show mom around town a bit. Maybe I'll have some pics later!
