| Something odd. |
I get the handicapped port o potty. What I don't get it why it's on a military base, in a construction zone. (two places you don't see a whole lot of wheelchairs) Who out there is in a wheel chair? We speculated that it may be for a construction worker that is metabolically challenged. We must have been in really good moods, because we were laughing about this for a long time. Now that I look back at it, it's not really all that funny, just odd.
