When I can make it myself? I copied this from a company I used to work with (Sara knows who).
I am still tweaking it. For example, I'm going to wrap the rings connecting the beads to the leather with the cord on which the beads are strung, and I may cut the leather to a shorter length because it feels odd on my neck...but other than that, this is pretty much the finished project. I started it at home, and finished it this afternoon while waiting in the car for the kids. I wanted to get pictures on here before I got distracted and moved on to something else...which I do way too often!
