Admiration

Laurel is a great artist.  She has a unique perspective and has always thought out of the box.  When she was really young, she drew a picture of a guitar's reflection in a person's eye.  What kind of kid does that?  I've always admired her ability and it only gets better as she gets older.  Sometimes she draws strange things, like crumpled up pieces of paper, or guitar reflections, but I think that just shows her ability to look at things and see their beauty.
Laurel was just asked by her Art Teacher to compete in the Sidewalk Chalk Art contest next Saturday.  I can't wait to see what she comes up with!  I promise, pictures will be taken!
